Single Essential Oils

Essential oils are simply amazing. We often think of essential oils as fragrances of flowers or plants that make our environment pleasant. And this is true. Yet essential oils have so many more benefits. Think of them as the seeds, bark, stems, roots, flowers, and other parts of plants that are giving you, and healing you with their life essence. DoTerra oils are very pure oils and are food grade quality.

You can think of them as helpers that you use in different ways, aromatically, topically, and internally.  Let’s take for example cardamom. It smells delicious. In Southern countries where it is hot,  it is custom to put cardamom in tea or coffee . You have the aroma of cardamom fill the air as you drink your beverage. Maybe you know that one of its many properties is anti-inflammatory. You can use it for example for colitis, gastritis, pancreatitis taken internally. You can also apply it topically for these conditions and use it for sore throat and fevers, for menstrual and muscular pain, stomach ache and so forth.

Just as essential oils provide plants with protection against environmental threats and play a role in plant pollination they protect us and change our frequency! And it is all about frequency!
